I couldn’t find anything without ending up completely lost. It felt like the whole thing was testing my patience, and not in a good way. I don’t mind taking a minute to figure something out, but this just made me feel like I was being forced to stay calm while everything was harder than it needed to be

"I bought this scanner for my car..."
I bought this scanner for my car hoping it would help me figure out what was going on, but it only picked up the most basic codes and completely missed a bunch of issues. It also froze on me twice while I was trying to use it. I ended up feeling like I was getting passed around with no real answers, it just wasn’t worth it for me.
"Warranty support was a dead end"
My scanner started having issues soon after I bought it, so I figured the warranty would cover it without too much hassle. Instead, support kept asking me for the same details over and over, and every time I pushed for an actual update, it felt like they hid behind some “policy” excuse instead of trying to help.
Then they just went quiet for days, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I never got a clear answer or a real solution, and now I’m stuck with a scanner I can’t even use. i wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Tracking Was a Mess and Delivery Was Late"
The tracking was so bad. It just kept showing the same update for days like nothing was moving, and I’m sitting there wondering what’s going on. Then the delivery ended up being late with no clear info or real update. Make it make sense. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from OBD Price again because it was way more hassle than it should’ve been

I swear I looked at the price and nearly fell out of my chair. For what it is, I just can’t see how it’s worth that much. Maybe it works for other people, but for me? Absolutely not. My wallet is still recovering.

"Activation was such a pain"
I bought the software and got stuck almost right away. The setup wasn’t very clear, and when I tried to use the activation code it just wouldn’t work for me. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow, so I ended up wasting a lot of time just trying to get the thing open. Really frustrating tbh, not happy with it at alll.

"My first impression of ordering from OBD..."
My first impression of ordering from OBD Price wasn’t the best because the shipping took way longer than I expected. After placing the order, I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated and didn’t really tell me what was going on.
I understand delays can happen, but the lack of updates made it frustrating. If I had known it was going to take that long, I probably would’ve ordered from somewhere else.

The site just felt clunky and slow from the start. I kept having to hunt around for basic info, and once I got to checkout, there were too many extra steps that made the whole thing confusing. At a certain point, I decided to trust my instinct and just gave up before placing the order.

I mainly checked the compatibility before buying, and the scanner said it would work with my Honda, so that was all I really cared about. But once I tried to use it, it just wouldn’t connect at all. Frustrating since that was the one thing I needed it to do...

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using this, support has been painfully slow. I reached out and still haven’t gotten a reply, which is frustrating when you actually need help. Definitely something to keep in mind before you commit.
